 Individuals can usually apply through local housing benefit services, agencies, or community outreach programs. The process may include assessing the individual's needs to determine eligibility for PCH services. 


Yes, PCH is regulated by relevant authorities to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Adherence to guidelines and transparency in operations are fundamental principles for us, with regulatory frameworks varying by jurisdiction. 


 Support Supported Housing through financial donations, volunteer assistance, and community collaboration. Individuals and businesses can also contribute by raising awareness about the mission and encouraging community involvement.  


A written contract specifying your residence's rules, including details such as the date of tenancy, rent, service charges, and payment terms. 


 

Tenant Rights:

  • Reside by paying rent, following agreement rules, and caring for your home.

Tenant Responsibilities:

  • Reside in your flat
  • Keep your home clean and tidy
  • Inform your landlord of necessary repairs
  • Allow landlord access for repairs or decoration
  • Seek permission for pets
  • Notify landlord if away for over 1 day
  • Submit a vacate letter
  • Adhere to agreement rules
  • Prohibited from causing damage or disturbance

Landlord Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the property
  • Ensure utilities work
  • Provide advance notice of work
  • Offer choices for home changes
  • Annually notify of cost increases
  • Guide on complaints and assist if needed


 Your agreement is between the landlord and you the tenant.


 Your options may include: 

1. Self-contained flats

2. Ensuite rooms 

3. Shared house


Included in your rent payment are certain services; simply mark the appropriate checkboxes.

> Hot water

> Telephone 

> Alarm and fire safety equipment

> Furnishings

> Cleaning

> laundry

> Gardening

> Water rates

> TV license

> Insurance for your flat or furniture belonging to your landlord


 

Violating the rules in your agreement may result in a request for you to leave. However, a meeting must be convened to discuss the matter before the landlord can request your departure, and court approval based on valid reasons is required.
